Over the course of 20 years, Entrena has developed special skills from its activities in training, consulting and education.

Conference Organization
Entrena has organized conferences for up to 350 participants as well as workshops for small groups. We have capability to provide all logistical support, target audiences, marketing and promotion, and site selection. We can perform theses tasks at state of the art facilities or at modest training centers throughout the country.

Outsourcing of Educational Programs
We can help you in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of your educational programs. Services include:

-Measurement of impact of public and private educational initiatives in the DR.
-Curriculum development for early childhood programs.
-Design, management, and evaluation of English (EFL) programs.
-Design tools to measure student achievement and teacher performance.
-Syllabus design and analysis for new courses. 

Proposal Writing
For over 15 years, Entrena has prepared and reviewed proposals for U.S. government agencies such as the Peace Corps and USAID, North American universities, and leading international and Dominican NGOs. We are now willing to share our expertise with you. In a world of competitive resources for funding and grants, convincing, easy to read and well documented proposals are the norm.

Report Writing in English 
Being able to summarize, explain concisely, and offer problem-solving recommendations in written reports are a necessity in today's world. Preparing a report in correct English with compelling recommendations is a must. Shoddy, poorly written documents in broken English are no longer acceptable. Entrena can give you the skills to prepare quality reports.

Translation
Entrena has carried out written and verbal translations in both English to Spanish and Spanish to English. We are particularly good at translating in a correct cultural context with appropriate communication for difference audiences.
